I started my personal fitness journey in August 2011. Going at it on my own was tough at times. I wasn’t sure what I should be doing, how often I should be working out or how to stay properly motivated. In February 2012, I was introduced to P90X, and started the program in March. I had so much success and fun along the way, that I decided I wanted to help others achieve the same results that I did. I want to help you get fit no matter what your situation. I’m passionate about helping others get fit, and this passion drives from my own experiences. It is what drove me to want to become a personal trainer, starting with my Certificate in Personal Training.
